Ordering By Email or Fax

Email your order to us at carrie@marbellacollection.com or fax at 704-900-0409. Please attach our Order Form with your completed information.

    Rental / Purchase Policy

    • Tuxedo include: Coat, Pants, Shirt, Tie, Vest or Cummerbund. (Shoes will be extra order)
    • 50% non-refundable deposit paid at starting orders.(For Rental: the balance will be paid at pick up.)- $50 per day late charge.
    • (For Purchase: the balance must paid in full within 14 days of arrival in the shop.)- If passed the time, it will be charged storage fee $50 per month. (All items left unclaimed after arrival in the shop 60 days to be confiscates, re-stocked and re-sold by Marbella Collection Inc.)
    • All rental/purchases are final, there will be no return, refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
    • The price does not include alterations for purchase items.
    • Customers must accept accidental damage waier at time of rental, customer is reliveved of any damage charges resulting from accidental damages. Also accepted the manufacturer's size chart and color chart, and has not in any way influenced to a particular size by any employee of Marbella Collection Inc.

    Return Policy

    • Tuxedo must return a day after event date or additional charge lat fee $50 per day.
    • Customer is responsible for return in original packaging with all item.
    • Responsible for any repairs or replacement costs of missing or damaged fee.
    • Discounted items, worn and tags removed are not refundable. No exceptions.

    Cancellation

    • Rental / Purchase cancelled to be confiscating non-refundable deposit.

    Payment

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or Cash.
    • Every order must pay sales tax. (Shipping Fee - if necessary)
    • A minimum Deposit at least 50% of total price.

    Shipping

    • We ship via UPS or FedEx. All charge by the weight and location.
    • A minimum shipping and handling fee $25 charged.

    • Marbella Collection Inc. to be confiscates, re-stocked and re-sold all items left unclaimed after arrival in the shop 60 days.
    • Clearance and in store items must paid in full at purchase. (The price does not include alterations.)
    • Damaged items must return in original condition, unused, unaltered and with all packaging to us within 10 days after arrival in the shop. If we find the merchandise is not defective in any way, then the merchandise will be back to customer and you will be responsible for all expense fee. ($25 minimum shipping & handling fee)
    • Customers has accepted the manufacturer's size chart, color chart and assumes has not in any way influenced to a particular size by any employee of Marbella Collection Inc. and understands there can be no exchanges for size.
